Changing Your Account

How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Go to the ACCOUNT tab and select which Rocketship plan you want. Note: you must be the Account Owner to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account.

Does Rocketship provide email?

NO. Rocketship does not provide email services. However, if you are using a custom web address (domain name) you can use any 3rd party email service such as Google Apps. After your email is set up, simply go to the ACCOUNT tab in Rocketship and enter in your mail server address or Google Apps ID.

Can I change my web address (domain name)?

YES. Go to the ACCOUNT tab to easily change your site's address at any time.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

YES. Go to the ACCOUNT tab to cancel at any time. If you cancel when you are still within your 30-day free trial then you will not be billed at all.
