On the PAGES tab, drill down into your site by selecting pages. Every level in your site has an "Add new page..." button. For instance, if you wanted to add a main category, select the home page and then click the "Add new page..." button at the end of the list of main category pages.
On the PAGES tab, double-click on the page you want to edit or select it and click the "Edit this page..." button in the page info at the bottom.
Edit the page you want to rename and click "Change page settings..." right below the big page title at the top.
Click on a page in the PAGES tab and click on "Delete this page..." in the page info at the bottom. You'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the page.
