Welcome Jasmine Thompson!

We are thrilled to welcome our new account manager, Jasmine Thompson, MBA to the Rocketship team! Jasmine is originally from New York City and currently resides in Virginia Beach.

We are thrilled to welcome our new account manager, Jasmine Thompson, MBA to the Rocketship team! Jasmine will be primarily supporting Rocketship’s growing client roster on the East Coast.

Jasmine is originally from New York City and currently resides in Virginia Beach. She is one of four account managers at Rocketship, bringing the team to 12 full time staff members.

For as long as Jasmine can remember, she has given unsolicited marketing and sales advice. As a child, if she saw something that could use improvement, she inserted her opinion. Fast forward and she has used those same skills to become a top salesperson with multi-million dollar corporations including Verizon Communications. She later transitioned to the other side of sales and focused on marketing.

Knowing what it takes to close a sale makes it easy for Jasmine to understand how to market products and services to customers. She has worked as a Marketing Director at an engineering services firm and was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at a startup CBD company. In 2020, she obtained her MBA from Louisiana State University, and her undergraduate degree is from Old Dominion University.

In her free time, Jasmine loves to try out new restaurants and travel. Her favorite place to visit is New Orleans. She has a passion for volunteering and currently services on various board committees such as the Boys and Girls Club.
