LG engaged Rocketship to help expand its market reach outside of Greater Salt Lake. We started with a refresh of the website to better position LG against other national HR services providers.
LG’s local Utah identity permeated the website, from its branding and slogans, to the way service offerings were structured. One big challenge that is common for recruiting firms, is creating a tailored user experience both for job seekers as well as employers—two very different audiences with different needs.
Rocketship totally reworked the website taxonomy and grouped content for each core persona. Then, we created clear and visible ways for visitors to self select into a discrete content path with no more than one click.
Each persona landing page tailors the experience and optimizes engagement and conversion.
