LG Resources partnered with Rocketship to embark on a transformative journey—a complete overhaul of their existing website and brand. LG Resources has two main business sectors: Staffing and cost-saving solutions for businesses. The old website had content for both the business and job seeker personas, creating a confusing user journey.
The old website faced many challenges. It lacked a modern and visually appealing design, and it did not effectively convey LG Resources’ mission of helping businesses save costs. Complex navigation and slow-loading pages were hampering the user experience, leading to reduced engagement and efficiency.
Additionally, the website’s content needed restructuring to make it more accessible and informative for two different audiences. LG Resources needed to reach businesses seeking cost-saving solutions as well as people looking for a job. The Rocketship team knew we needed to split the website into two parts.
